We're seeking a future team member for the role of Support Engineer (M365/Email Messaging) to join our Technology Services Group (TSG) team. This role is preferred to be located in our Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL sites via hybrid (3 days per week in office work arrangement).
*Primarily 2nd shift via 12 pm EST - 8 pm EST
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
• Design, implement, integrate, and provide full support for complex software in a multi-tiered, multi-platform environment.
• Maintains and supports moderately complex infrastructure environments.
• Performs complex troubleshooting as a subject matter expert.
• Works to ensure appropriate monitoring and alerting setup.
• Leads root cause analysis and problem management for complex problems to address underlying technical issues.
• Collaborates with business and application development stakeholders.
• Lead production readiness reviews for new releases and validate the supportability of changes prior to introduction into production. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred. 8 - 10 years of related infrastructure experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
• Experience with scripting is required.
• Preferred to have Exchange Administration in on-prem, cloud and hybrid deployments, including knowledge of email security protocols including SPF, DKIM, DMARC
• Preferred to have advanced troubleshooting of mail flow issues using email gateway products such as Proofpoint
• Preferred to have 2+ years in roles directly supporting end users with technology issues, specifically focused on Microsoft 365 and Azure applications in addition to email.
